I believe that the present system for recycling is far to complicated and that articles one council will take another won’t.

I believe that there should be one recycling policy for the whole of Wales and that the councils should be responsible for collecting all dry waste and sorting it themselves so that all items can be recycled.

Why can one council take plastic bags when another one won’t. There are facilities out there for recycling most items so all councils should make more use of them and also consider incinerating some item if they cant be recycled.
